1 year full coverage warranty

Every Rare Diamondss piece is crafted to last. We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering both manufacturing defects and accidental damage. Your investment is protected from the moment it leaves Surat.

Warranty Period

Your warranty begins on the date of delivery and remains valid for 1 year. To make a warranty claim, please retain your order confirmation and IGI certificate as proof of purchase — these will be required when submitting a claim.

What is covered

Covered — free of charge

  • Manufacturing defects in metalwork or setting
  • Stone loss due to defective setting
  • Prong damage or failure
  • Finish defects present at time of delivery
  • Clasp or closure failure

Accidental damage — service fee applies

  • Physical damage from impact or drops
  • Scratches from regular wear
  • Stone loss due to accidental impact
  • Resizing beyond original specifications
  • Damage from chemicals, cleaning products, or water

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us

Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the piece.

Assessment

Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and confirm whether it falls under manufacturing defect (free) or accidental damage (service fee applies).

Ship to us

Once your claim is approved, ship your piece to our workshop in Surat. Please use a fully insured and tracked shipping method — we recommend FedEx or UPS International. Shipping to us is at your cost.

Repair and return

We repair or replace your piece and ship it back to your US address, fully insured, at no cost to you. Turnaround is typically 7–14 business days from receipt.

Please do not ship any item without first receiving written approval from our team. Unapproved returns or warranty shipments will not be accepted.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Items purchased from any source other than rarediamondss.com
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and metal softening over time
  • Loss or theft of the item
  • Items with missing or tampered IGI certificates
