Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

We accept payment via PayPal and any other methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers. In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

You may request to cancel a standard order before it has been dispatched. To do so, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production or shipping.

Custom and personalised orders are non-cancellable once confirmed. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that production begins upon confirmation and that no cancellation or refund will be issued.

We ship all orders from Surat, India directly to your US address. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Our return and store credit terms are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms of service. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out therein. We do not offer cash refunds.

All diamonds sold by Rare Diamondss are IGI certified unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Certificates are included with every order. It is your responsibility to retain your certificate — replacement requests may be subject to a fee.
