Yes. For custom orders, we share the IGI certificate and photographs or video of your selected stone before production begins. You approve the stone before we set it — you are in control at every step.
Changes can often be accommodated before production begins. Once your stone has been set, changes become more limited. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes — every custom piece carries the same 1-year warranty as our standard collection. Manufacturing defects are covered free of charge.
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are typically non-returnable. However, if there is any quality concern or manufacturing defect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
