Every Rare Diamondss piece is crafted in Surat, India and shipped directly to you in the United States. There are no middlemen, no warehouses, and no unnecessary delays — just your order, handled with care from our workshop to your door.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the United States, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This accounts for order processing, quality inspection, and international transit from Surat to your US address.
During peak periods (Valentine's Day, holiday season, Mother's Day) please allow an additional 2–3 business days. If you have a specific date requirement, contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in India will be processed on the next business day.
For custom or personalised orders, please allow additional production time. This will be communicated to you at the time of order.
We ship via trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on availability and fastest delivery to your location. All shipments are fully insured.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time directly on the carrier's website.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, or if you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
We cover all US customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is your total.
Every order is packed securely in our branded jewellery box, designed to protect your piece during transit and arrive ready to gift. All IGI certificates and care instructions are included in every package.
