Browse our collection, select your metal type and ring size, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely via PayPal through our Shopify-powered website. You will receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp immediately after payment. If you need help at any stage, message us on WhatsApp — we are available 24/7

We accept PayPal and all major cards processed through our secure Shopify checkout. We never ask for bank transfers, wire payments, or third-party payment links. All payments happen on our verified website — if you are ever asked to pay Rare Diamondss outside of our checkout, contact us immediately.

Yes — completely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world, with SSL encryption on every transaction. Payments are processed via PayPal with full buyer protection. Every order comes with a written confirmation, full tracking, and our team available on WhatsApp around the clock. We have built every part of the purchase process to protect you.

We accept multiple currencies through our checkout. The price displayed will be in your local currency. For US customers, all prices are shown and charged in USD.

Standard orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel — the sooner you reach us, the better. Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins upon your approval. If you are unsure about any aspect of your order before placing it, please message us first.

Yes — immediately after payment, you will receive a full order confirmation by email with your order number, item details, and estimated delivery date. We also send a WhatsApp confirmation so you are never left wondering.

We cover all US customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no additional taxes or charges upon delivery.

Shipping & delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. This includes 1–2 business days for processing and quality inspection in Surat, plus international transit to your US address. During peak periods (Valentine's Day, holiday season, Mother's Day) please allow an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping is completely free on all orders to the United States — no minimum order required. The price you see is the price you pay.

We currently focus on the US market. If you are outside the US and interested in placing an order, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can arrange for you directly.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, and UPS. The carrier used for your order is selected based on availability and fastest delivery to your location. All shipments are fully insured from departure to delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time on the carrier's website. If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we will investigate immediately.

No. We cover all US customs duties and import taxes on every order. You will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is your complete total.

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number and the correct address. We will do everything possible to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible — so please check your details carefully at checkout.

Returns & warranty

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Approved returns are issued as store credit — we do not offer cash refunds. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by the IGI certificate. We cover return shipping on all approved returns. Custom and personalised orders are final sale.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 15 days of delivery with your order number. Do not ship anything back without first receiving written authorisation from our team. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future order.

Every Rare Diamondss piece comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. Manufacturing defects — including setting failures, prong damage, clasp failure, and stone loss due to defective setting — are covered free of charge. Accidental damage (from impact, chemicals, or misuse) is assessed on a case by case basis and may incur a service fee.

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. Our team will assess your claim within 2 business days. If approved, ship the piece to our Surat workshop — we cover return shipping back to you once repaired.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — either through a replacement or store credit. Do not attempt to repair or adjust the piece yourself before contacting us.

Yes — we offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and the size required. Note that some designs (full eternity settings, heavily embellished bands) may have limitations. Message us before ordering if you have a specific sizing concern.

Custom orders

Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your idea — a photo, description, or budget is enough to begin. We source the stone, build your quote, and send you the IGI certificate and photos for approval before production starts. Once you approve, we create a dedicated product listing on our website for secure payment. You pay via PayPal with full buyer protection — no bank transfers, no payment links.

Most custom pieces are completed and delivered within 10–18 business days from payment confirmation. Complex designs or rare stone requests may take slightly longer — we will always confirm your exact timeline before you pay.

Yes — always. We send you photographs, video, and the IGI certificate of your selected stone before production begins. You verify it yourself on igi.org and give your approval before we proceed. You are in control at every step.

There is no formal minimum. Custom orders generally start from around $400 due to the dedicated production involved. Tell us your budget on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is achievable — we will never push you beyond what you can afford.

Changes can be made before production begins. Once your piece has entered production, changes may not be possible or may incur additional cost. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you need to adjust anything after payment — the sooner you reach us, the more we can do.

Custom and personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned. A piece made to your exact specifications cannot be resold. We take great care to ensure you are fully happy with the design and stone selection before we begin — your approval is required at every stage before production proceeds.

Once your design and stone are approved, we create a dedicated product listing on rarediamondss.com specifically for your order. You pay through our website via PayPal — exactly like a standard purchase, with full buyer protection and an instant written confirmation. We never ask for payment outside of our website.

Diamonds & IGI certification

Yes — every diamond we sell is IGI certified without exception. The IGI certificate is included physically with every order and sent to you digitally before dispatch. You can verify your certificate independently at igi.org using your unique report number at any time.

An IGI certificate is an independent grading report issued by the International Gemological Institute — the world's largest independent gemological laboratory. It documents the exact cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight of your specific diamond. IGI has no relationship with us — their assessment is entirely objective. Every IGI-certified diamond also has its report number laser-inscribed on the girdle of the stone, making it uniquely and permanently identifiable.

Visit igi.org and navigate to "Verify Your Report." Enter your report number exactly as it appears on your certificate. The portal will return the full details of your diamond — cut, colour, clarity, carat weight, measurements, and the inclusion plot. This takes under two minutes and is completely free.

Yes. Every diamond we sell is sourced through legitimate, regulated Indian trade channels and is conflict-free. India is a full participating member of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme — all rough diamonds entering India's diamond trade are subject to Kimberley Process controls. We will never knowingly source a diamond from a conflict region.

The 4Cs are Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat — the universal standards used to grade every diamond. Cut is the most important — it determines how much light the diamond returns and how brilliant it appears. A perfectly cut smaller diamond will always outshine a larger poorly cut one. We currently specialise in lab grown diamonds — our core expertise and family heritage is in diamonds from Surat. However, if natural diamonds are important to you, message us on WhatsApp and we will have an honest conversation about what is possible for your specific requirements.

Sizing

We have a full Ring Size Guide on our website with three methods — the string method, existing ring measurement, and a printable ring sizer we can send you directly. The most accurate method is measuring the circumference of your finger with a strip of paper and matching it to our US size chart. Message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it personally — it takes two minutes.

We offer one free resize within 30 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the correct size. We will arrange everything — you ship to us, we resize and ship back free of charge.

The most common ring sizes for women in the US are 6 and 7. If you are buying a surprise gift and cannot measure, size 6 is the safer starting point — it is easier to size up slightly than down. We offer one free resize within 30 days so there is no risk either way.

Message us on WhatsApp — we have helped hundreds of customers work out a surprise ring size. Common approaches include borrowing a ring she already wears and measuring the inside diameter, asking a friend or family member who might know, or simply ordering size 6 (the most common US size) and using our free 30-day resize if needed.

Most rings can be resized. Some designs — full eternity bands, heavily stone-set bands, or very intricate designs — may have limitations on how much they can be adjusted. If you have a specific size concern, message us before ordering and we will advise you honestly on what is possible for that particular piece.
