Store credit returns

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process outlined below.

Return Window & Process

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for store credit.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within your 15-day window. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a return authorisation from our team.

All approved returns are issued as store credit to the value of the original purchase price (excluding any shipping charges). Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

We cover the cost of return shipping on all approved returns. Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use only the label we provide — returns sent via other methods may not be accepted.

Item Condition & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging, undamaged
  • Accompanied by all original certificates (IGI or otherwise)

Items that are returned worn, damaged, missing their certificate, or outside of their original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Custom and personalised orders — any piece made to your specifications, including custom engraving, custom sizing beyond standard adjustment, or bespoke designs, is final sale.

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact us before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you, either through a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
